Mandalas are meditative crochet for all and can be useful too. You may use it as a decor, rug, blanket, glass coaster and many more depending on the sizes and designs.
For beginners, I know this is perfect for you. This mini mandala will only take few minutes to finish.

In order to do the mandela, you will be needing a hook, thread and scissors.
Steps as follows;
Chain 10. Slip stitch in the first chain to make a circle
Make 6 CH
Make 1 DC and 3 CH. Repeat for 7 times
Make 8 CH
1 SC and 6 CH. Repeat for 7 times. Slip stitch in the last to combine the circle
Make 3 CH, 5 DC and 2 CH in the first chain space
For the rest chain space - make 6 DC and 2 CH. Slip stitch in the last
Make 3 CH, 4 DC, 2 DC in the last chain space adn 3 CH.
Make 5DC, 2 DC in the last chain space (total of 7 DC) and 3 CH. Repeat for 7 times. 4 Slip stitch to finish this row
Make 6 CH, DC and 3 CH
Make 1 DC, 3 CH, 1 DC and 3 CH. Repeat until you finish the whole row. Slip stitch the last to first stitch to complete this row
For PICOT design;
Make 3 chains. Picot. 3 CH. Slip stitch to secure the mandala.
How to crochet picot;
6 chains. Slip stitch in the first CH. Repeat 3 times to make picot.
FINISHED!
